GIVE YOURSELF THE GIFT OF PEACE

Whether you’ve found yourself feeling unmotivated after a period of indulgence, or are preparing for a new chapter, or are simply interested in living better, know that this 21- Day Meditation Challenge aims to bring you into a healthier relationship with your body, your mind and your spirit.

Meditation supports clarity by calling in all parts of support from within you. It is a space that optimises your awareness as you show yourself that you can do it, by actually doing it. What a gift to bear witness to your own strength. No matter where you are on your journey, everyone is welcome, all you need is the willingness to show up and do the work. This challenge is all about finding that consistency with yourself, designed to meet you exactly where you are. Each session will be a lesson, in connecting deeper to YOU. Opening, clearing the mind and emotional pathways so we can have a more direct conversation with the essence of our soul.

You will be guided through this challenge as you develop a meditation practice that will support you for the rest of your life. You will be taught what to do every step of the way, including how to continue using this simple, structured practice way beyond this time together, with hope that you will integrate these practices into your life, feeling more alive, more awake, more connected to yourself and therefore, to the greater world around you.

HERE’S HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THE CHALLENGE

  • Carve out 10 to 20 minutes a day for your meditation practice. Press play on the audio and be guided. Note, you will have access to the 21 meditations indefinitely.

  • Remember, it’s okay to feel restless or fidgety at first with meditations where you’re sitting down. You don’t have to be sitting like the people in stock photos, cross-legged on the ground with your back perfectly straight. Get comfortable on your couch. Do what works for you!

  • You can definitely expect random thoughts to pop into your head while you’re meditating. We’re human—that’s just how our minds work.

  • Finally, meditation is a practice. Any discomfort or self-consciousness you feel at first will fade as you become a more confident meditator. So if the awkwardness hits, welcome it with open arms!

  • Throughout the 21-day Meditation Challenge, you’ll get to try out different kinds of meditation. Some practices are likely to resonate with you more than others, and that’s great! The only ask is that you follow the 21-day program.
