What is the Digital Studio?
Sign up as a member, purchase a suitable bundle and stream the sessions in your own home, office, or anywhere you have a computer, smartphone, or connected TV. The Digital Studio puts you on a mat, where you can move with me on demand. Real time sessions coming soon.
How does The Remote Retreat work?
After booking, please save the date and time. Students will be contacted the day before with preparation tips and sent an access link on the morning of.
Do I need to have practiced yoga before?
All sessions are open level but with vinyasa/mandala/power yoga there will be some level of athleticism and knowledge required. Each student is to listen to their bodies and work at their own pace.
How long will I have the access for the videos for?
Once purchased, each bundle will be accessible forever. If (for whatever reason) the bundle is to be removed, each member will receive a download.
Can I practice if I am pregnant?
Please consult your doctor before participating and take appropriate modifications. Practice Restore is a wonderful low-impact alternative for pregnant women or anyone recovering from injury.
Do you offer a monthly membership?
No, the offer is pay-per-bunddle system to ensure you get the most for your money with no pay commitments.
How often will there be new bundles released?
It is a huge priority is to release more practices that can serve this community. As a member you will be notified as soon as they are available.
Should I practice at a certain time?
Whilst there is no right or wrong way to practice, you may find yourself naturally opting for the Practice sessions in the morning/ afternoon and the Restore sessions during the evening.
With the Element Bundle, it would be advised to practice a Restore session after a Practice and to choose opposing elements. For example, Air Practice followed by Earth Restore: to integrate yin & yang and counteract areas of the body that have been opened.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
By taking part in the Digital Studio you agree to take full responsibility for yourself and your health. Any injury or damage caused by practicing at home is your liability.

The suggestion is to wear comfortable, fitted exercise clothing. Most students opt for a tank top, breathable leggings. If you have the ability to connect to a speaker beyond your device, please do! Set your volume(s) before tuning in. Place your yoga mat with room to move, light a candle, and heat the room to keep your body warm. Be sure to have water readily available too and pillows for Restore sessions.
