How do I access the videos after purchasing?

Once you are signed in, your bundle/ course will be accessible through the Practice tab. 

Is this a monthly membership?

​No, the offer is pay-per-bunddle system to ensure you get the most for your money with no pay commitments.

How long will I have the access for the videos for?


Once purchased, each bundle will be accessible forever. If (for whatever reason) the bundle is to be removed, each member will receive a download.

Should I practice at a certain time?

Whilst there is no right or wrong way to practice, you may find yourself naturally opting for the Practice sessions in the morning/ afternoon and the Restore sessions during the evening. 

Is there music?

Each Practice has music and is synced with a specific playlist. For Elemental Restore sessions there is no music but if you wish to play music you can find a Restore playlist here

Do I need to sign a waiver?

By taking part in the Digital Studio you agree to take full responsibility for yourself and your health. Any injury or damage caused by practicing at home is your liability. 

Do you have any tips to prepare? 

The suggestion is to wear comfortable, fitted exercise clothing. Most students opt for a tank top, breathable leggings. If you have the ability to connect to a speaker beyond your device, please do! Set your volume(s) before tuning in. Place your yoga mat with room to move, light a candle, and heat the room to keep your body warm. Be sure to have water readily available too and pillows for Shavasana.
