My journey into movement started as a means to cope with body image issues, social anxiety and other life triggers. The physicality of yoga drew me in first, but not before long I was fascinated with the more subtle effects of the practice and the connection between mind, body and breath.  The first part of my adult life was spent living in America where I serendipitously decided to sign up to a 200 hour YTT in 2016 at CorePowerYoga in LA. The course that changed my life.

Since returning back home with a new sense of self, perspective and an understanding of the importance of community and connection - I’ve completed many, many more hours of advanced trainings in mandala vinyasa, rocket yoga, tripsicorie, yogic arts, yin yoga and yoga nidra. Actually, the past 4 years have been dedicated to learning and re learning over and over. It hasn’t been an easy process. I’ve fallen apart, hit rock bottom and then built myself back together. In a more powerful way than ever. I witnessed how movement can help to process and heal when there are no words. And, in those deep places, we have the graceful ability to pick ourselves up and get to know ourselves on a new level.

I’ve found solace in sharing my life online, it’s become part of who I am in many ways – and while I have no idea what’s next or where or when, what I do know for certain, is that I will always, faithfully return here: where my intention is to remind you of the power of movement and the truth that you already are everything you need.  Love, Claudia
